Saints Vartanantz Church
The parish Church was originally located in downtown Lowell Massachusetts and was consecrated in 1916. By 1970's, with a growing number of parishioners located regionally, together with a need for expanded facilities, a new sanctuary was build in Chelmsford and consecrated in 1978. A vague, and somewhat by design, resemblance to the ancient great Cathedral of Ani in the historic Highlands of Armenia inspired an early nick-name of "Little Ani".
